Having known Nicola and Ian for many years; I know that I can always board my dogs with them secure in the knowledge that they will have the best possible treatment and care. They always arrive home from Irelands relaxed, happy and well. I’ve also bought two puppies from Nicola, both of which have been an absolute joy from day one, and I can highly recommend her as a breeder.

Dear Nicola

We thought we would just drop you a quick line to thank you very much for the thoroughly enjoyably day at Irelands last Sunday for your boarding kennels open day. As usual we received a warm welcome, and felt as though nothing was too much trouble. We are very pleased with the photo’s that Greg took, so good we can’t decide which ones to have framed.

We would also like to thank you and Ian very much for having Wookey for us while we were on holiday. We found your kennels immaculately clean and tidy and felt very welcome. Having used several kennels over the last seventeen or so years we don’t think either ourselves or our pets have ever been looked after with as much attention to detail and care. Wookey came home in excellent health, was very contented and I’m pleased to say was just the right weight.

The training you did with him has been of enormous benefit, he is now coming to call and walking at heel much better than before. Lets hope we can keep up your good work.

We all look forward to seeing you again soon and would recommend your services to anyone.

It is always a pleasure to visit Nicola and Ian. As a photographer my life is made so much easier when the Dogs are relaxed and contented, and at Nicola's kennels this is always the case. Be it Nicolas own Dogs or ones in for boarding they are always happy and full of life. The set up that Nicola and Ian have created is a pleasure to visit and would highly recommend you use their services for your Dog. The new Bed and Breakfast facility is well worth trying and rest assured you wont go hungry !!!!

We have known Nicola Grellis for over three years now and our Border Collie, Mia, has been boarding with her at “Smale” since her earliest days of puppyhood.

Mia is so happy to be with Nicola. It is as if she is going on her dream vacation, every time!

Boarding periods have varied from a few days to many weeks at a time, and Mia has, without exception, always been loved and looked after faultlessly.

Nicola gives her boarding dogs the freedom to be themselves and yet keeps them disciplined enough to be a very happy group together in a delightful environment.

Nicola is a treasure; loving, calm, happy and efficient. There is such an instinctive bond between her and the dogs, which is immediately evident on introducing any dog to her.

We feel so lucky to have met Nicola and would recommend her, without hesitation, to anyone needing to board their dogs.

My dogs have been lucky enough to board with Nicola many times over the last ten years or so, whenever we have holidayed abroad or not been able to have them with us. They have

always been incredibly happy with her, and come back to me looking fit and well. There was even one occasion when Nicola whelped my dog for me as the pups arrived early, and we

didn't get back from New Zealand in time! I came back to find seven gorgeous puppies and a very contented mum, who was not at all worried at being away from home for her 'big' day.

Even though Nicola is now down in Devon and not close by to drop my dog off with her, I still make the effort to get Zanna down to Nicola's kennels as first choice of boarding kennel!!

Because I know she will be happy and well looked after and I won't have to worry....

Dear Nicola and Ian

Thank you for the invitation to come and see your kennels yesterday - and all the hospitality.

It is a really fantastic set-up - Charlotte's dream I'm sure!! We look forward to sending the dog over for our wedding next month.

Thank you so much for looking after Betsy whilst we were on holiday. I think what you offer is something quite special. It was good to see Betsy very happy withher new found friends when I arrived to collect her. I think she had a home from home experience !! resulting in a great holiday for Betsy also.
