Katie Joined Smale Gundogs when she found that she wasn't needed on the Grouse moors anymore. She is a very loving dog and we became very fond of her in the short time she was with us.

We had hoped that she would stay as part of our picking up team for the rest of her life but sadly due to ill health she couldn't cope with the work load. Fortunately we found her a lovely private home where she has settled really well and her health issues are manageable. She has a very happy time walking with her new owners and has been to Germany on holiday with them in their caravan.

We are looking forward to a visit from her during the summer.
